Internship is the contractual job for a period in which company hires students for short period and short projects and paid for the same. Internship is usually done by the students to gain some job experience and knowledge while on their study period and it would help them to gain some needed experience on the job. Internship is sometimes paid or no paid depends upon the work you are engaged and mostly on the nature of work and if internship by non profit company is mostly unpaid vice versa. i think internship is the great opportunity to explore the reality of the education and every student should go for internship .
